RyanisahousemusicDJ,producer&labelownerwhosejourneythroughdancemusicspansdecades.WithreleasesonrespectedlabelssuchasRARRecordings,SanctumUnderground,HouseKlänge,NoxuDeep,YorokobiRecords,andTheMusicFactory,Ryanhasbuiltareputationforcraftinggrooves.Hisrootstracebacktotheearlynineties,whenheorganisedhisfirstillegalraveatjust15yearsofage,ignitingalifelongpassionforundergroundmusicculture.RyanwentontoholdresidenciesatsomeoftheUK’smosticonicnightlifespots,includingNaughtyButNice,TheAstoria,andTheCharingCrossClub,aswellasplayingatclubsalloverthecountry.RyanisapassionateDJandRecordProducerandhisexperienceisextensive,whichshowswhenheDj’s.Themusicheplaysisalwaysfullofenergyandgrooveandhisloveformusicisinfectiousandcanbefeltonthedancefloor.Aftersteppingawayfromthescenetoraisehisfamily,heisnowbackfullthrottle.RyanhascompletedtwoproductioncertificationsunderToolroomRecordsandisfullycommittedtomusicproduction.Heisnowlookingtogetbackbehindthedecks-Wherehebelongs!

HISTORY

IstartedDJ’ingwhenIwasjust15yearsold.AtthetimeIwaslivinginHerefordshireandwasreceivingtaperecordingsfrommycousin,ofLondon’spirateradiostations,suchasSunriseRadioandKissFM.IwashookedimmediatelyandwasdriventosharethisnewmusicwithanyoneIcould!IhookednupwithsomefriendsandstartedorganisingpartieswhereIcouldDJ.Ourfirstpartywasinafriendshousewhichgotstoppedbythepolice.Sothesecondonewasheldinabarninthemiddleofnowhere!Weorganisedbussestogetpeoplethereandheldanall-nighterforaround300ravers.By1992wewentlookingforvenuesandfoundBaskervilleHallinHay-on-Wye,whichbecamehometoourBeyondRealityraves!BythemidninetiesIhadmovedtoLondonandhadlandedweeklyresidenciesatTheAstoriaandCharringCrossClubincentralLondon.WorkingfortheiconicSimonHobartwhowasthemanbehindtheKitKatClubandmanyotherwellknownclubnights.IwasalsoluckyenoughtoplayatthelegendaryclubHeaveninCharringCross.ItwasatthistimeIreceivedacallfromAndyPassmanwhowasstartinganightcalledNaughtyButNice,whichsignalledmyreturntoHerefordforamonthlyresidency,whichwenowknowtobeonofthewildestclubnightsintheUK.HereIwouldopenforthelikesofCarlCox,JudgeJules,BoyGeorge,TallPaul,,SisterBlissandmanynmore!

Forthepast5yearsIhavebeenworkingtirelesslybehindthescenestodevelopmyproductionskillsandgettoaplacewhereIamreleasingqualitymusic,whilstatthesametimeasraisingmyfamily.LastyearIreallystartedgettingnoticedbylabelsandreceivingexceptionalfeedbackfrommyfellowproducers,manyofwhicharefarmoreexperiencedthanme.ThisyearIsetupmyownlabelcalledSanctumUndergroundandifyoucheckoutmyTikTokaccountyouwillseetheamountoflovemytrack‘LetItFly’hasreceivedfromDJ’sallaroundtheworld.Ihavealsohad2trackssignedbyStevenCaretti’slabel-HouseKlängeandasecondreleasecomingoutwithYorokobiRecordscalled‘ChaseUrDreams’.Thiswillamountto7releasesthisyearsofar.CurrentlyIaminthestudiolayingdownvocalswithaverytalentedsingercalledRachelMaxannwithaviewtoreleaseonToolroomRecords.Ialso.haveamonthlyradioshowonDeLaCasaRadioandamDJ’ingoccasionallyatsmallparties.Imainlyplay2genresofhouse-Soulfulfunkyhouseandhigherenergyhouse.EitherwayIlikealotofvocalsandgroovewhenIDJ.Ihaveanincrediblepassionforhousemusicandwouldbesogratefulandhonouredtoplayatyourevents.Iamhardworking,honestandreliableandwon’tletyoudown!
