# TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS ### DJ EQUIPMENT * 2 × Pioneer CDJ-3000 players * 1 × Pioneer DJM-A9 mixer * CDJs linked via Ethernet / Pro DJ Link. * All equipment must be fully functional and tested prior to the artist's arrival. ### DJ BOOTH & STAGE * Stable, level DJ booth with sufficient space for equipment, USB drives, headphones and accessories. * Booth height should allow the artist to perform comfortably. * Adequate lighting around the DJ equipment so all controls and displays are clearly visible. * Clean and unobstructed access to the DJ booth. ### PERFORMANCE * A stage manager or suitably qualified technician should be available during setup and performance. * DJ equipment should be ready and fully operational prior to the artist's soundcheck / performance. * Any changes to the agreed equipment or setup should be communicated to management in advance. **Please contact management with any questions regarding the technical setup.**

# HOSPITALITY REQUIREMENTS To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for the artist and team: ### GREEN ROOM * Private, clean and secure green room where available. * Comfortable seating and space to relax before and after the performance. * Access to Wi-Fi and power. * Drinking water available throughout the event. * Air conditioning or suitable climate control where required. ### FOOD & DRINK * A suitable meal or substantial food option for the artist and accompanying team. * Fresh fruit and light snacks. * Bottled still and sparkling water. * Selection of soft drinks and juices. * Tea and coffee facilities where available. ### TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION Where travel and accommodation are included as part of the booking: * Comfortable and reliable transport. * Clean, reputable hotel accommodation. * Private room with Wi-Fi. * **Air conditioning or suitable climate control in the room.** * **Food / dining facilities must be available at the accommodation.** * Breakfast where available. * Safe and convenient access to the venue where possible. ### GENERAL * Safe and secure backstage access. * Suitable space for personal belongings. * Any specific requirements can be discussed with management in advance.
